Baking Fever

07082010 & 08082010 A date to remember for a baking fever. I was at Jessica's place for the weekend. Jersey was the cook and Jessica was the baker... We did enjoy ourselves and get pampered with food...















This cake is way nicer, softer and smoother than the sponge cake. Maybe its the right timing and the right ingredients used. Sponge cake was a little overcooked.








I was overwhelmed with outcome of the 2 days 1 night!!! Awesome time!!! Can't wait for the next round. Jess was indeed a talented baker..unlike me!! Haha...
